I live in the US and have great torrenting speeds. I get about 80Mbps without VPN, but still get about 10 - 20 Mbps with PIA. The torrents I download barely reach Test if it's working by disconnecting pia and the killswitch and opening qbitorrent. Make sure there is no torrents running during testing just incase.
